The price we quote is the price you pay — for everything within the agreed scope. Cost overruns due to our execution inefficiencies, material wastage, or labour costs are absorbed by us. The only scenario where the contract value changes is if you make a significant scope addition after signing — for example, adding a room, changing an approved material to a significantly more expensive alternative, or expanding structural work beyond what was initially surveyed. Any such change is costed transparently, agreed in writing, and added as a formal amendment — never quietly added to the final invoice.
